Tributes to Our Loving Animal Companions

Harry Potter (Boo Boo) Kitty - October 1, 2007

One of my favorite cats I ever met, Harry was a good mouser and a good companion. He lived with us for 8 years and on his own or with someone else for a few years before he started camping out in my driveway. He moved in and became my pal. I'll really miss you Boo Boo.

Silver, Tipper, Tonto and Sugar - The Cargill Ranch Original 4 Pets

Tipper and TontoTipper went to doggie heaven about 6 months ago. Tonto had a stroke Sunday night 4/18/04, and we called the mobile vet yesterday. Of our original 4 dogs, (Tonto, Silver, Tipper, and Sugar) only Sugar is still with us and she is over 15 years old! (Sugar lived until April, 2005) Silver lived to be 11 as did Tipper. Tonto was a little over 12 years old yesterday. He passed very peacefully. He was a great companion and guard dog. We'll miss him so very much.

Nikko

Oct 14th was indeed one of, if not the sadest day in my life. My adored best friend NIKKO lost her battle with cancer. She was indeed one of the most beautiful little souls. I could see in her eyes in her final days it was getting near. At this moment I dont feel I will ever feel good again. If i ran a bath she was there,on the computer she was there, slept above my head where I would often reach for her at night. She is a Shih Tzu. I have 3 more who I love madly. She was indeed my soulmate. When it was time for her to go to a higher home, I felt her life leave and go into me. I am having her sent home in a little cedar box with her name on top so she can help me sleep at night above my head. She will be so missed. I had her 13 1/2 great years. She will always be with me. Random Danville Volness-10/1990 TO 3/2003

My beloved Cocker Spaniel and best friend, a day doesn't go by that you are not thought of....either a memory to make me laugh or a lonely moment missing your unconditional love, so I shed a tear. I Love U, Denise D.

Silver 1992 - 2003 (April 2)

Silver 4/02/2003 Silver and Tonto, our two mixed Golden Retriever, Chow, Malamute Mutts came together. We raised them from puppies and until today they were never separated. But Silver got cancer and we had to let him go to doggie heaven first. Tonto and I are sad, but we know he no longer suffers and he's still here in spirit. I miss your big mouth kisses!

MI-Chan

Yesterday evening our cat MI-Chan died. He was only 1yr, 6months old. We took him to the vet because he had a cold. Then several hours later the Doctor told us that he had eaten something poisonous. The doctor tried everything to save him. But he had too many white blood cells. We had him cremated today....Although we had him for such a long time We loved him soo much. I will miss him.

Pit Stop

This morning, November 21, 2002, our beloved dog "Pit Stop" was hit by a car. He was rushed to the hospital. The vet' tried everything to save him but his injuries were much too severe. (He died as a result of massive internal head injuries.) Pit Stop was a bit over 5 years old and a mix of which his German Shepherd part seemed to show thru most. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. We will all miss him very much. Randy and Bell.

Wolf

Wolf was our german shepard and a part of our family for 9 1/2 years. We got him when he was 8 weeks old for my husbands birthday in February of 1991. He was the best pet we ever had. We had to have him put to sleep on October 3rd, 2000 and it was the hardest thing my husband and I ever had to do. We miss you very much Wolf and know you are in doggie Heaven living a pain free life now. Well never forget you.

Love you forever and always, Mom, Dad, Heather and Kim

Sooty

Sooty was a black rabbit which I had for 4 years. He was very dear to me and I miss him so much. He died on 15th of May 2002. This is a short memorial, but I don't know what to say apart from I love him. - Kristie

Earl Grey

Earl Grey

February 14, 2002 - We only had Earl a short time - He adopted us! We had him neutered and this stressed him out and allowed the FIV and FLV to take over and take his short life. Please have your cats vaccinated and if you must abandon your pets - please take them to the local shelters instead of leaving them for the neighbors to feed and care for. Earl was a great cat and could have made someone an excellent pet!

Tony the Tiger

Tony was never afraid of our large dogs. He had the courage of a tiger. He slept in the tail of our 90 pound wolf dog when he was a baby. Silver never seemed to mind. Like a ray of sunshine, Tony came into our lives and got rid of Mr. Scratchy (a mouse that had been living in our insulation.) He did his job well and willingly, then he played with our feet a lot. We cared for him so much. It was hard when we found out he had feline leukemia, harder still to put him to sleep after he fought so hard to live for almost eight years with the disease. Goodbye Tony, we love you! July 5th, 2001

Jake
To our dearest Jake,
Thank you for all the wonderfull times we had, the joy and laughter you brought to the girls. Amber and Shelby both know you have gone to heaven. Amber changed her xmas list to Santa because she wanted flowers to put over your burial spot. The fact that you past away in Christmas Eve made Amber very sad, she wanted to know why Jesus would take her dog on such a happy day, but then Amber said she felt the doggy angels taking your soul, and that made everything okay. We hope you meet Cory in heaven.

We will miss you so much,
Love always,
xoxoxo
